We are an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance.

Why? We believe in providing the highest quality of care to our patients, and we have chosen to be an out-of-network provider to ensure that we can spend the necessary time with each patient to provide the best possible care.

We will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We recommend that you contact your insurance company to verify your out-of-network benefits before your first visit. We're happy to help you with this process if you have any questions!

During your first visit, you can expect a comprehensive evaluation that includes a review of your medical history, a discussion of your symptoms and goals, and a physical examination. Based on this evaluation, we will create a personalized treatment plan to address your specific needs.

An internal pelvic floor exam allows us to accurately assess the muscles, nerves, and connective tissues of the pelvic area by accessing the area via the vaginal canal or rectum. This type of exam helps us understand any underlying issues affecting your pelvic health. While entirely optional, it's highly recommended for a more accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

Before any internal or external exam, we’ll explain the process with a model, and you’ll have the chance to ask questions and provide consent. The exam involves using clean, gloved hands to gently evaluate your pelvic floor muscles, and you can stop at any time. No stirrups or speculums are used, and your comfort and consent are always our top priority.

The number of sessions needed varies depending on your condition, symptoms, and goals. Most patients see improvement within 4-6 sessions, but some may require more or less treatment. We will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that meets your needs and goals.
